Basic Qualification Required :

• B.Tech in Civil
• Diploma in civil with minimum of 8 years

Role in the Organization :

• Execute assignments quickly and effectively
• Continuously look for ways to improve work process and services
• Ensure that SVDPL Quality Assurance procedures are followed
• Contribution towards standardization and norms
• Identification of need for any special software
• Ensure quality work in drafting
• Subordinate development
• Continuous Improvement

Following are the major tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordination with Design Engineers and work as group Leader for drafting
• Guide and assist the draftsmen in their work
• Check drawings generated by the team
• Conducting meetings with Draftsmen for allocation/understanding the work along with Project Co-ordinator
• Assist Project Co-ordinator in the preparation of list and No.of Drawings for the project
• Formulate strategies to deliver the drawings on time
• Understanding new drafting norms and implementing the same
• Monitor quality plan
