  • Proactive and Initiative while executing assignments
  • Liaison with Superiors and Subordinates
  • Image building with the external parties
Following are the major tasks and responsibilities:
  • Attending to the reception jobs
  • Attending to dispatch
  • Preparation of reports- MRM,Quality audit,Monthly Statement, PRM
  • Assisting in preparation of Plan of Work for various projects
  • Typing/Taking Dictation assistance for smooth day to day functioning
  • Registration of Customer Complaints
  • Liaison with various external departments like Telephone ,Electricity, various suppliers, etc.
  • Monitoring of Timesheets
