Basic Qualification Required :

• Diploma in Architecture
• Btech in Architecture

Role in the Organization :

• Under the job requirements and communicate to all concerned
• Develop action plan to ensure accurate and timely execution
• Instruct /Guide the group of cad operator to meet targets
• Intermediate link wit HOD /Project Co-ordinators and Cad Operator
• Coach Subordinates by providing specific and timely feed back of project

Following are the major tasks and responsibilities:

• Study input data
• Develop proposals /sketches as per customer requirements
• Interact with the Project Co-Ordination /HOD and Cad Operator
• Study and follow latest design codes
• Maintain input /output drawing register and transmittal
• Provide drawings for statutory approvals
• Study of ISO Documents, network manual, Drafting Manual and adopting IS Coding and internal standard
• Check drawing from design point of view
• Ensure economical design from the customer point of view
• Make optimum use of data bank and software available
• Maintain records and housekeeping
• Allocate work specifying targets and follow up on the same wit Cad Operator
• Minitor cost aspects and quantity estimation
• Interact with client and suppliers for input data, queries/clarification through Project Co-ordinators
• Preparation and implementation of design norms
• Interact with other department for their needs before sending drawing to clients
